Member's Only Spring Aquatic Auction
The Vancouver Aquatic Hobbyist Club
is holding its
5th Annual Spring Auction
on
Wednesday April 2nd, 2008
at the
Vancouver Aquarium Marine Science Centre
in Stanley Park
enter around the side at the new Marilyn Blusson Learning Centre.
Setup, preview and membership sales at 7:00pm
Auction Starts at 8:00 pm sharp
No Entrance Fee
Everyone is Welcome to attend but only current VAHC members will be allowed to buy or sell at the auction.
Only Club Members will be allowed to participate in this auction. Registration and membership sales at 7:00, preview at 7:30, auction will start at 8:00 sharp. All items for the auction must be on the tables by 7:45, any items brought after 7:45 will be placed on the late table and be auctioned off after everything else. We will stop the auction at 10:00 sharp, any items not sold must be retrieved by the sellers.
Proceed from this auction will not be going to Project Piaba, they will be used locally.
Please ensure that each bag is properly labeled with your member number, what is inside and how many.
Let's make this a fun event and have everyone try to bring a few bags for the auction so we have a good selection. If you have further questions, email or talk to Dave Carlson or one of the other Steering Committee members at the March club meeting.
